I have been dealing with some disease in my tank and I now have my last two fish in QT (wrasse and eel). I am treating with copper and have been noticing little flakes on the bottom of the tank. I just did a water change and sucked them out. Also noticed some white stringy stuff which may be poop from the infected fish? I am going to start dosing prazipro on sunday along with continuing the copper for 4 weeks. Here are the pics, let me know what everyone thinks, thanks,

You should try to use cleaner shrimp first.

Well atleast I caught it now. The copper should take care of them. Could flukes have killed off my fish in 24 hours? I still will treat the fish for 4 weeks with cupramine and prazipro and leave the display fishless for 8 weeks.
I don't think a cleaner shrimp will do much. Plus my wrasse may eat him. This is in an aggressive FOWLR tank. I think I am on the right track to the best solution.
Oh yeah, I forgot to add, look at the wrasses right fin. See the white mark? Is that a fluke that is starting to die off from the copper on him?

Flukes generally aren't effectively treated with copper, but the prazi will knock them out ;)

Bill, what do you think that is that has been falling off my fish? Are those flukes? Especially the one on the wrasse's fin?
