The flex PVC I have is curled up sort of from the roll. I want to straighten it and curve a part. I heard you can heat it then cool it. Is that true???

Hair dryer, heat gun, hot water???

Thanks.

Yep. I always just use hot water. I would avoid using a hair dryer or heat gun as they might melt the plastic and decrease the integrity of the pipe.

Sweet. I still need it to flex. Just need to get the curve out of in now and set my bends. I'll give it a shot.

ya just heat it up with hair dryer, heat gun etc. I filled my tub up with full hot water and let it soak for 10 minutes worked great

I just left mine at room temp for a day or two. I found most of the "curve" in the flex PVC to be to my advantage. The bend is one reason I bought it to start with. After it is glued and connected it will maintain the shape you put it in. ;)
