Anybody use putty to join rocks.?

Like the roll stuff. gr/wh ,ppl/wh and the gr/wh.

I want to join some pieces. And used some old green/white stuff
And it doesn't grab well. [Or work as well as it claims]


Anybody have a better way to join smaller pieces.?

I used Aqua Mend from Lowe's and Home Depot. Granted my pieces were dry. But I used about 27 tubes at $3.97 and they are some strong stuff.

+1 worked for me use zip ties to hold in place as the epoxy cured.
