i called about my outer orbit halide lights it has 3 x 250 whatts bulbs one started flickering about a month ago you replaced it now another just went out and the other is flickering also i called i was told i am responsible to by the 2 new lights for this fixture the light has only been in use since end of august now i had to purchase 2 new lights for this fixture as this fixture is known for the ballast that over powers the lights and the bulb life is shortend im even gonna send you proof of buying 2 new bulbs today so your company dont think i was trying to get 2 new bulbs for free bulbs are only 6 months old and i was also told dr fosters handles the warrantys for current products thanks for nothing as i have purchaced alot of products from your company i wont brag about your customer service anymore nor buy from you again

just purchased 2 replacement bulbs i will send you a copy of the bill to show you i wasent trying to recive free bulbs so many people do just to get free stuff as you know the ballast on these fixtures do over power the bulbs and they dont last i felt i was more or less being called a liar about the bulbs not once but twice i was told i had to buy new ones looking back on my account since 2007 look at how much i spent with dr fosters its in the thousands well thanks for your time anyways
