I need some advice on how to handle this. Here is the senario

11/2 Brought a New light and paid in full to XX
12/8 The light finally showed up. Packaging is good.
12/10 Plug the light in and 2 of the T5 doesn't work.
Contact the seller and was told that it is the ballast
1/19 Finally got the replacement ballast - turned out to be the wrong one.
2/10 Yes, two months later. Got another replacement, did the replacement and this happen (only one of the two T5 on the left lighted up)

Here is the problem I have. The seller was pretty helpful but the response time take forever

What is the normal expectation? Since it is D.O.A. - would a request for a new replacement be reasonable.

I have try to replaced the ballast in question; but due to the designe of the unit. It is very difficult to get to the bad ballast. Now, I have replaced it as per the seller suggestion. From the tone of his voice; now it is my fault because I may have wired it wrong.

Any input will be appreciated

Thanks

Dennis
