Does anyone have any idea of the composition of plastic cement? I saw this when looking for white portland at home depot, which they don't carry down here in phoenix. They carry type I/II, which I thought when people talked about this they meant either type I or type II I didn't think it was just a Type I/II bag. Anyway, anyone have any idea on how effective or dangerous plastic cement would be to use?
