Does anyone know if these are good tanks? They are the only ones I know that make a 56 gallon column tank. It's 30Long x 18Deep x 25Tall. I was going to get it with the built in corner-flo.
Thanks!

Hello carhockey66,

I believe Marineland and Perfecto are now the same company with Marineland being the higher end. Oceanic may be owned by the same company too, but not sure. Oceanic is higher end. Marineland makes good stuff. Nothing wrong with these manufacturers for good quality standard mass produced items. If you are looking for something really incredible like rimless or starphire glass tanks, then you are talking about specialized manufacturers that don't produce in bulk = made to order = $$$.

Good luck,

Thanks! My next problem is to find a stand that will work with these dimensions because I hate the stand it comes with. Plus I want to put in a sump/refugium.

I am curious about this to. I was looking around for a 120 gallon, AGA is like $200 more than the Marineland tank, just wondering if there any problems with the Marineland tank.

I just got a 56g marineland tank, the stand is meh. I will probably sand and repaint it. The tank itself is nice. A little deep for me so I will be running a DSB in it. I like the overall look of it.

Hello Tony44,

Great GSD Pic!

Had two, but that was long ago. Looking to get another one in four years or so.

All the Best,
