Question for any Acan keepers

how hard is it to keep these acans?
-do they like clean water? (meaning water change once a week or so)
-need alot of light?
-how about water flow?
-can they survive without manual feeding?

They are pretty easy. They can survive under lower lights (PC's etc) medium flow and yes they can survive without spot feeding they just grow slower.

As for clean water I've known plenty of people in my local forum that have had some questionable water parameters and kept them. So IMO they can withstand a little "dirty" water...

Well, yes afboundguy have razon, it can survive the must time at not excellent coditions not like sps, is the nature of the LPS, but one think is SURVIVE and other is LIVE ( healthy = great color and growth ).

Is true the must LPS´s not are as demandant as the SPS´s, but it´s need very good conditions to be happie too.

2 generally med to higth at bottom to med tank, but every one can be diferent.

3 generally med flow, but whit med-higth no problem

4 yes, is you are talking about mouth by mouth, you can use mysis, cylop ezzze, rotifers,...
