i am a new starter and I am a bit worried about my tank. About once or twice a day i hear a clicking noise, it is only two clicks then it stops but i have heard it could possibly be a baby mantis shrimp that has arrived in my live rock. I wonder if it is because the clicks are not very often? can anyone shed any light on this and if it is a mantis shrimp what do i do?? Could it be anything else?? I have no intention of having a mantis in this particular tank...... will it damage fish/corals/anything?? please help!!

if it is it wont harm your corals might eat a fish depending on type and how hungry it is. and the shape live rock but wont destroy it. try looking at night with a flashlight.

It could be a pistol shrimp.
