As my title mentions, I want to know where is the BEST place to purchase Aquactinics Constellation 48" light fixture? I'm looking for best price (including shipping) and of course reliable/good customer service. Reading the threads it seems like Tom from Aquaculture is very helpful but I dont think I can buy directly from them. This will be a big investment for me and I dont want to have problems if there is something wrong with the unit.
Thanks for the help in advanced!

Ellinas,
You are correct, we do not sell direct. All dealers listed on our dealer page (located on main page of website) have been authorized to sell our products and can be trusted. I'm not sure if any of our dealers are offering any shipping specials, but I'm sure someone could chime in as which stores they prefer to buy from.
All warranty issue are handled directly by us. We do not require you to first contact the store you purchased the fixture from.
Thank you,
Tom

Thats good to know that I'll be dealing directly with you guys. Also, I was wondering do all of your Constellation 48" fixtures now come with supports? or is it that some websites are including them as a promotion?
Thanks

As of last year all new Constellations (along with TX5s, and Solar Flares) come standard with tank mounting brackets. I know some of the online stores haven't updated the descriptions. We are working to get them to have all the current info online. Just so you know, the new Constellations also come with the Miro Silver reflectors standard too.
Thank you,
Tom

P.S. The tank mounting brackets do not raise the fixture off the tank, but rather keep the fixture from moving while on it. If you are looking to raise the fixture you'll need the riser brackets.

Tom are the Miro Silver different from the Miro IV reflectors? Most of the websites state that the Constellation comes with the Miro IV reflectors. Should I be confirming that the reflectors are the Miro Silver before purchasing?

ellinas,
The Miro silver reflectors are silver coated aluminum that gives a 98% reflectivity while the Miro IV is a 95% reflectivity. I wouldn't be too worried about the descriptions online. If memory serves me correctly, it's been about a year since we last sold the 48" Constellation with the Miro IV in it. All our dealers should be now carrying the fixture with the new reflectors.
Thank you,
Tom

Thanks Sonny, your tank is one that motivated me to get this fixture. I put up a post asking people to put up their SPS shots that they use with T5 lighting. If you have anything new I'd love it if you posted it on that thread.
I'm real excited though, I'm not sure if I should be worried that I havent received my invoice that they said they would email me. I told them to take it off my credit card and they said they would send me an emailed invoice but I havent received it yet. I'm going to call them today.
Anyway, I'm going to post pics of the progress after it comes in, hopefully I'll get some nice growth.
