Orange "linckia" are typically not really Linckia stars and are often from the genus Echinaster, some times Fromia and maybe even others. However, their care is similar to Linckia stars which means they typically die quickly due to stress from collection or starve slowly over the cource of some months or even a couple years due to lack of a large enough food source. It's still not really known exactly what they eat but those that have had success with Linckia and similar stars longterm typically have large systems with large amounts of live rock. A 120 gal could go either way, and if you don't like risky additions stay away.

I got a orange one last week but it died this week. My blue linkia has been with me for about 5 months now. I acclimated it for 5 hours.
