What is This?

Found this guy in my canister attached to the pad as I was changing it. About 3/4in brownish in color with lil arms on one end. What is it? Good or bad?

I believe it might be some type of spaghetti worm?

Peanut Worm. Totally harmless and rarely is the entire body seen, like in your pic.

My guess is medusa worm

Looks like a Medusa, (Synaptid sea cucumber) but not 100% sure on that.
