Pump "Buzz"

Hi guys,

One of the Sicce pumps on my 2S has decided to "buzz". I took the pump apart, and it was nice and clean, but I wiped it out anyway, put it back together and it still "buzzes". I also notice a pretty good vibration, I can see the ripples in the water next to the pump.

Any suggestions?

How long have the pumps been running?

I am unsure. I have had the skimmer for a week, but I bought it used from another local reefer.

My sump/skimmer is in the basement, so it is not a HUGE deal, but I would like it to be right. I know I am not the original buyer, so I don't expect any warranty, though if one is available I would certainly appreciate it. :D
