I just got shipment notification for this order and it says it's shipping Smart Post. If it's not too late PLEASE do not ship Smart Post! It will take two weeks to get here along with having worthless tracking! If my customer profile doesn't already say so please update it to never use this shipping method again! This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my daughter, but now who knows when it'll get here.:rolleyes:

The heavier item on this order will be shipping FedEx, and both of these shipments should be to you within 4 to 7 business days. We have noted on your customer file to only ship using FedEx for future orders. I'm assuming (hoping) the heavier item is the Nanocube and stand correct?

I received the tank and stand today and all looked good except the boor is cracked. Can I get just a door replaced? I had already assembled the whole stand before realizing it was broken.

Thank you for your post and recent order with Drs. Foster and Smith. We sincerely apologize that the door on your stand came to you damaged. We will be more than happy to replace the door for you. We will have our Customer Care Department contact the manufacture and have this sent out to you right away. Once the manufacture sends this to you it may take 10-14 days for delivery.
