It looks like an Amphiprion Melanopus, of a Cinnamon clown. Related to tomato clowns. Color looks kinda poor though, should be brighter orange.

Don't think its a A. Nigripes, never seen one with a complete head band. It's usually broken at the top of the head.

Melanopus is one of the hardiest species, while nigripes is one of the least hardy. It's dorsal fin looks like it's separate, a trait of the nigripes, tomatos have one big dorsal. Maybe it's a hybrid.

I don't believe that the ranges of Nigripes and Melanonpus' overlap.
Personally I am thinking Nigripes.
+1 for Toddrtrex.
It's a A. nigripes. Is he eating for you and his he healthy?

Very nice.
I would be a bit worried about having a Condy in the same tank as that guy. Nigripes aren't all that common (( at least not in the Midwest )), so I wouldn't want to risk it getting eaten by the condy.

Thanks
My lfs told me it was rare and that you couldnt buy them in shops around here.
Im not too worried about my condy, its pretty tame.

Not sure how a condy could be tame or not. But, since they aren't hosting anemones, there is a risk that it will eat the nigripes, not a risk that I would want to take.

well its not nearly as poisonous as something like a carpet
so I figure if he gets hit he can probably get away.
In fact as soon as I put him in he touched the condy and its stung him and he was fine
