Broken Canister Head?

Hi,
I noticed a damaged head when I was replacing the filters on my Optima CA unit. will this affect the new filter if i were to just screw it in? if so, please let me know what part needs to be purchased in order to get unit properly running again, thanks!

will the canister head on that have holes for screws in screw into on the top to attach back onto the main bracket (that's hold all three canisters)??

please let me know as soon as possible, I have tried email, calling and posting here with no response yet... I was hoping i can get this taken cared of asap so i can have a functional unit again
