Octopus Extreme 160 Adjust???

I just purchased an Octopus Extreme 160 and the darn thing doesnt come with any instructions on how to dial it in? Any advise or info would be great! Thanks in advance for your time and help!

Twist the riser tube to "open" or "closed" or somewhere in between to dial it in. It will need to break in for a few days to a week. I set mine so the foam is halfway up the cup.
