Awesome tank, I love hexagon tanks! I'm in progress of setting up one right now actually. I am curious, is it a full walk around tank, or do you have it set up against a wall? And are those sun corals I spy in the bottom of the first shot?

thanks robot2222, been working hard in getting to this, time has paid off.
aggs nasty; it set in a corner with 5/8ths visable, didnt have the room (with 2 children) to have it as a full walkaround, but wouldlove to when they grow up. Yes you are right, small sun coral at the bottom, rescued from my lfs who didnt feed it (i think), its quite new and i'm trying to get it to feed, actually tonight (3rd night) the polyps started to come out a little, hopefully that would increase.
thanks for your comments.....

Is the Eibli in your avatar in this tank? I've tried 2 different ones and both have been nippers. They're my favorite angel.

pIankton; Yes you are correct, he does nip a little bit not too much, he's worth the drawback.

I am going to buy some live brine this weekend, I always have fed frozen and flake.
Maybe a stupid question, but do you all feed live food ?

Beautiful tank! I just saw a 30 hex on craigs list for sale. Now I really want it!

Very nice looking tank. I rarely feed live food - brine has very little nutritional value. When I do buy it I always add some selcon to the water they are in.

thank Ritten, would be interested to see your tanks too. ;-)
I realise brine has little nutrition, do you not net out the shrimp before introducing ?
Also, would they survive in the tank ? I seem to remember 24hrs being the time. How about natural feeding ? Has anybody got mysis or anything that breeds that naturally feed their reef ?
