I have 5 beadlet anemones in my refugium on some live rock under a 150w 6500k mh.
What should the lighting schedule be as before I added the beadlets it was running 24/7.can i still run the lights 24/7 or shal i change it?

Thanks in advance

BTW:there is only live rock ,live sand and a few turbo snails in my ref so far.

why would you run the lights all day long?

I read in a thread somewhere ,not here , some people run the light in there refuge 24/7. and some swich where they run ref light at night and turn it off during the day, im new to the ref thing so any help and advice will be appreciated.

I run my fuge on a reverse shceduke with the DT. It helps produce O2 at night and helps keep the Ph steady.

No need to run the refuge light 24/7. I have mine on 8hrs per day.

the nems need a dark time to complete the photosynthesis process. some people run their fuges 24/7 with macro algae but think that would be too much for invertebrates.
