the 2x K3's should provide enough (if placed properly) flow in the tank. as for the lights, what do you mean by 3x blues and 1x white? 3x actinic's and 1x daylight???

reefgeek on west coast, aquariumspecialty on east coast and others in between.
If you are wanting to begin keeping SPS now, I would change those bulbs first. Actinic bulbs while great for making coral color pop, don't do anything for growth. The blue+, aquablue (those are from ATI) are very good for looks and growth. the KZ FP is very good for growth as well, you could potentially use a 75/25 bulb in place of KZ, its supposed produce very good results, but is cheaper than the KZ. I don't run a 75/25 so couldn't say from personal experience and my KZ is on its way to me now.

There is a T5 Q&A thread very bulb selection is discussed in pretty good detail.
