So i'm starting to have more orange colony polyps than the ocean. They started out as one cluster in the corner of my 72g. I had a koran angel that ate/spread single polyps all over the place (the koran angel got evicted). I now have orange colony polyps spreading everywhere. They are on the side of my 7" crocea clam, encroaching all over my live rock, ect.. Is there a way to kill the polyps on the unwanted areas? Is there anything that will eat them, but not eat corals, clams, inverts?

I have always been dead against unnecessary killing of something in a reef tank that is only doing what it is suppose to do unless it is a predator or irritant. In your case, they are easy to remove with a scalpel or pointed tweezers to be then secured to a new surface. I would suggest this means of removal as oppose to killing them my friend. Just my 2 cents. No hard feeling either way, good luck.
