So i had my 90 gallon set up for about 2 months and i havent heard any snapping sounds so i was like yeah no mantis shrimp. I ddi have this Trapezia Lutea crab that I found when i took the LR out of the box, but I thought I lost him since i didnt find him for many weeks. Well two days ago after moving some of my LR, I started to hear a snapping sound. I added some more CUC's to the tank and a few corals. im thinking maybe i introduced a mantis or a pistol into the tank. So i shut the lights off, as the clicking sound only happens when the light is off, and threw in some pellots to watch all the shrimp come out to eat. Well the crab came out too exactly where the clicking sound was coming from. Do Trapezia Lutea crabs making those snapping sounds as well? They are so beautiful. Just didnt know they do those sounds. Anyone have any of those crabs in their tank that also make the snapping sound?
