That's some blatant evidence. Either the ricordia will have to move upstream, or the frogspawn needs to move downstream. Othewise, you're liable to end up with a fat, happy frogspawn and one (or two) less recordia.

I just caught mine doing the same thing.It basically killed a very large ric.

my hammer is always fighting with my mushrooms,rics,and outhers. none of the softies in my system ever seem to be harmed from the attacks. just keep an eye on it

Actually the ric moved towards the frogspawn. I had the ric on another rock and it moved from that rock to the spot just under the frogsawn. Then in a couple weeks it split followed by this event. I can't move the frogspawn he is welded to the rock and the rics also seem very well attached. I don't want to kill them by trying to move them.
