Not to be rude but not going to miss them much.... Hopefully the owners will be okay financially though. All fish businesses and any business on the fringe right now are closing their doors. Scary times we are living in, far scarier than many believe. T

They didn't have a niche market. They sold general stuff that you can get at most stores. Look at the successful sites and you'll see most have a niche.

Yes, economics and related are much scarier than people realize. Which is bad news for LFS.

I had bad experiences with them. Twice they shipped only partial orders, claiming they were out of things that the web site showed they had, and then refused to cover shipping when the item I had already purchased came in.

I'm not spilling any tears for them either. I ordered a bunch of snails and hermits from them, and the blue legs arrived being short about 23 on an order of 100. They basically told me I couldn't count

They had issues...No loss

I ordered 20 large Green Chromis. They sent me small ones...really small. They all died in a couple of days. The good part was I ordered a small hardwick wrasse as well and they sent me one 6" long. A large one. One of my favorite fish. I just took the credit and ordered some hermits and yes just like some of the flight attendants I fly with they had trouble counting.

They just could not get it right.

The fish I ordered from them came in with velvet. Never ordered from them again. No loss.

With the lack of quality and customer service, it was a matter of time before they stopped shipping livestock.
