I have done several orders through AS, and all have gone flawlessly; until my latest order for a skimmer. The skimmer I have turned out to be defective. The skimmer model does not really matter because any brand will have a defect once in a while, and this is a really good brand.
Anyway, I always feel you can tell a lot about a store by how they deal with orders that don't go smoothly. Scott has been very helpful.
I am very pleased with my dealings with AS, and look forward to many more.
