I would say the aquapod is after they fixed the issue with the glass cracking on the curved sides. They are all technically the same but I like using a sunpon on tanks like that and sunpods go over aquapods perfectly.

A plain old glass tank you make into the tank you want.

Everything else is just a way to seperate a reefer from his/her money.

I have a nanocube right now.

Am upgrading to the aquapod HQI soon, so that gets my vote.

I think the biocube is the best built, but you have to buy MH lighting seperate.

None aio's suck bc u spend all that money on a tank and still spend money on a better pump, better light, better skimmer(if it had one), etc... when u'd be happier getting a basic tank and doing what u want with it.

Only Nano I have owned is the Nano Cube 29 HQI lighting, I really like it. Running stock for over a year I have a tank full of coral and livestock, everything is healthy. I would definitely buy this again if I was in the market.

I voted for the Nanocube because its easiest to make mods too if you desire. The 14G Biocube is nice looking and good quality, has to have the rear chambers modded slightly to work well. The 29G Biocube is a total bust IMO, due to the fact that the hood is not hinged. To do any work inside the tank you have to remove the hood...what a pain...and.... work in the dark. Aquapod...lowest quality of the bunch.

That's why you can buy just the shell (tank) and do the mods from the start. I bought a 14g bc for 75 bucks, added the pump and lights seperatly. Total cost for start up with complete mods; ~280. Minus sand rock and skimmer.

CADlights aquariums get my vote...Thick glass and cleaner lines...no black plastics either.
