Adding Reactors?

I have two little fishies reactors,

Im thinking of using one for Carbon or other media, other for rowaphos

Now the carbon one Im thinking of hooking it up this way:

Pump Maxi Jet 1200 to Reactor(Carbon or Other Media), Output to input chiller, output chiller to tank, will this work?

What Media you guys suggest? Is all Carbon the same?

you don't want too much flow in the reactors. you want slight tumbling flow in the carbon so it doesn't grind it to dust and you want the rowaphos to just "boil". So I would say it would not work depending on the required flow for the chiller.
