Refugium light

I am setting up the refugium of my new tank (130 gal). The volume of the refugium is 120 litres (30 gal) and its dimensions 50x60x40 cm (20x24x16 in). It will house caulerpa algae on a few pieces of rock and sand. I am planning to install 2 T8 fluorescence 18W each. Is the light adequate? I would appreciate your help.

I have a 29 tall fuge and all I have is a 5100k light and my cheato grows fine

Should be fine. Use bulbs in the daylight color range ~ 6500K.
