72" Lighting ?

I have a service client very interested in the 72" constellation fixture. His tank is 18 wide. Is this going to be 2 wide for his system with it resting on the tank? Is there another option you could possibly recommend.

Not at all. The Constellations are only 14" wide. If your client wants the fixture raised off the tank (although not necessary), then you might get some light outside the tank. The only other option would be to go with 2 36" TX5s.

The Constellation is designed for tanks from 15" wide to up to 30" wide when sitting directly on the tank. The TX5 is designed for tanks 10" wide up to 18" wide when sitting directly on the tank. When the fixture is raised the spread is wider.
