Theres a bunch of little white bugs on my glass, everywhere. they look like lice or something, and i mean everywhere. What r they? is it some kind of pest?

Pods is a generalized term for a variety of critters. Copepods, amphipods, isopods, and so on. http://melevsreef.com/id/pods.html
