I just added a very nice male carpenters flasher wrasse to my dt. I already had a royal flasher & was praying their wouldn't be any aggression issues. Everything turned out fine. No problems at all. They swim together like they're long lost buds. Can I add more flashers to my dt. Is mixing the same species possible or should they all be different?? I'm looking for replys from people who have multiple flashers in their tanks & what they have experienced when adding new additions.

Sure, flasher wrasses do well together. Most fairy wrasses, with a few exceptions, also do well together. It is not necessary to have different species of flasher wrasses but fairy wrasses cannot have two males of the same species.

Thanks for the reply. I know mixing the same male fairy wrasses is a bad idea but wasn't sure about the flashers. Glad to hear I can mix the same species.
