He's been doing fine for several months, but over the last few days he's looking thinner and thinner. Now he just swims past food.
He's the only fish in a 55 Gal with lots of LR and corals.
What's up?

I presume the water conditions are OK?
The other thing to consider is an internal parasite.
The only thing I've used for that is prazipro, while the fish is in QT. It's a 5 day treatment, IIRC. Look in to that and see if you can treat him. That may be your only option.
You can also post at the same time in the fish & disease forum for other input. Or search in there for prazipro treatment. But I just followed the directions on the bottle. You do not want to do the treatment in your display tank.
Good luck - hope he recovers.

There could definitely be something going on internally. About a week ago his guts were distended. Kind of looked like he had eaten one of those little star fish and you could see where it looked like something was stuck in his belly.
That's gone now, but he looks thinner than ever.

OK. Moved him (and his rock) to a 10 gallon quarantine tank last night and treated with half a teaspoon of Prazipro. Hope I find him alive today...
