Is he big? My biggest is about 1.5" and he bullies around my 5" Naso tang in a 125g when he swims by his territory and they have been living together for about 5 years now.

He needs to be made to disappear. See if your LFS will give you a store credit for him.

If you must have a clown, trade this guy in for a different one. Maybe a slightly smaller one.
Clowns are notoriously territorial once they are established in a tank. Especially if they are the first fish in the tank.

It must have been self defense. Damselfish, including clowns, are very territorial in such small quarters. Decide what type of fish you want.

Either get a bigger tank, get rid of the clown or enjoy your one and only fish cause thats all you'll be able to keep

Soon he will do that same thing to your arm.. I hate maroons and tomato clowns.. My buddy has a maroon and the darn thing grabs coral and rock and redecorates the tank to his taste

Yeah, they are mean. Often when diving, they dive at my mask. If they were the size of a grouper I would be a goner.

A Bi-Color Pseudochromis would give it some good competition. Mine is only 3", but it's the meanest fish i've ever owned!
