I already have a stand, and all equipment. I am just not sure if I should get a 90 or 75 gal. I have the outer orbit 2x150 mh 4x54 t5s. I think it would be good enough for a 90, any ideas?

Always get the biggest you can ! You'll want to upgrade.

10 times bigger than the size you think you want or need

Do you think the lighting should be good?

I would definitely recommend the 90. The extra height will come in handy, especially if you are considering having a DSB in the main display. You're lights will be okay, it just might take some extra planning to get your light-loving corals up higher on the rockwork. But they will definitely work.

It depends on what you want to keep, but a 90 is good, I mean that's what I have and it works quite well.

90's are great sized tanks

If I had it to do over I'd go with a 300. You might want to consider it. I have found these tanks are never big enough.

90... an extra 15g never hurt anyone.

It should be fine. It could be considered somewhat weak with 150W bulbs, but for a 90 and with the supplementation of T5s I imagine it will be a good lighting solution.
