how long before i can target feed my new acan and blasto frags?

If they are ready to eat you can feed them right away. If I want one to eat (ie I'm worried about it or something) I blast a little bit of food in it's direction, feed a few other corals and by the time I come back to it it's ready to eat.

Definitely, the faster you've got them on solid food, the faster the recovery and the initial new growth.
