I am doing a few rock pillars in my nano and was trying to find a better way to "glue" my rock formations together, aqua mend isnt working so well. Gorilla snot is a crazy strong glue that is sold at home depot, this stuff is super strong, i just dont know if its reef safe??

I will be picking up some of that tomorrow! I will also be picking up a tube of the snot too. and call the manufacturer to see what they say?

It does not appear that it would be a problem w/fish in a normal system use. Corals? who knows. The problem is that stuff swells and bubbles like crazy during the curing, so you will get 'foamy' ooze out any cracks. Try some A-7 Aquatapoxy if you have to do a bunch of it underwater, otherwise just use plumbers epoxy. You just have to make sure the surfaces are clean (use a toothbrush). Lots of stuff out there, just depends on the application. I mostly use SG gel and plumbers epoxy.

I've never heard of it as a glue. I've seen it in a resin form, but it's for guitar players. They rub a bit on their fingers and it helps keep you from dropping the pick.

I've always used the crazy glue gel and aqua putty combo. Hasn't failed me yet
