New ASM G1X skimmer question

Just added new G1X skimmer, any suggestions on what height the foam should be from the top of the tube to the cup?

Each situation is going to be different (( I have 3 of them, and they all are at different positions )), but a good place to start would be just below the bottom of the cup -- where it attaches to the skimmer. And since it is new, I wouldn't worry too much about it for the first week -- to give it time to break in. (( of course if your overflow cup is filling up really fast lower it ))
