Does anyone have an opinion on the ballast shipped from Hamilton with their 250W HQI Reefstar pendant? I was thinking about adding one of these to my existing lighting and saw a vendor who offers an upgrade to an electronic HQI (made in China) for an extra $30.00. Does anyone have information on this electronic HQI ballast? Thanks!
