Goby Question

Hey folks, I've had a orange spotted goby for a couple of weeks now. When watching it, as he sits on the bottom, it looks like its taking a deep breath every once in a while.

Is this normal for a fish/goby?

I think ive seen mine do that once or twice, I believe its normal
