How do I get replacement needlewheel for BK200?

I have tried sending you a PM via RC (well over a week ago) and I called both your numbers yesterday (3/9) and left a message. I have not heard anything back. I bought a Bubble King 200 mini from you about 5 months ago (the newer version but obviously not the one with the RD2). A snail got into the skimmer and broke a number of needles off the wheel. I don't see these parts on your site. How do I order a replacement needlewheel for the BK200 mini?
