So, I've had my Typhoon III for almost 3 years now. Recently, the ASOV failed. So I fire off an email asking if it was still under warranty.

I stated in my email that I acknowledge that my part is almost 3 years old. I need to query if the part is under warranty. If not, I need to purchase a new one.

Within 24 hours, I get an email back. To my surprise, they said, "It's under warranty and they will send a new one out that day or the day after"

Bam, here it is on my doorstep! A+ service. A+ warranty. Just another one of the many reasons why Air Water Ice gets all of my ro/di business!
