catastrofe

Roger,
I just received my 7077 (purchased from Aquarium Specialty, shipped by you) and I have a couple of questions.
In all the photos I've seen, and in the instruction manual, the pressure relief is a brass fitting that protrudes from an opening in the right side of the regulator. On the unit I received, there's a small black plastic piece screwed into this opening, but the center of this "fitting" is open and I can see into the opening itself. Is this correct, or am I missing a part?
Also, the fine adjustment fitting was not screwed into the opening in the bottom of the regulator. How tightly should this be screwed in?
Thanks,
Bob
