I am setting up a 75 gallon SPS only aquarium. I would like to use T-5's. How many should I use and what color combinations should I use?
Thanks

I would use 6x39W at least, 6X54W is better with good reflectors. Nova extreme pro fixtures are good.

whatever you do stay away of the slimpak tubes (by current)
specially if runned using ice caps

i too have a 75 gallon tank and am going to keep all SPS.
I'm going to buy an ATI sunpower, 6x54 watt model. If you have the money it's a great fixture, if you can swing a tad more, a powermodule is even nicer.
6x54W would be the best bet. You couldnt really fit more in there with individual reflectors (assuming the reflectors are in the 2.5"-3" range), but 6 would be fine in any case. I'd look at a high quality fixture (tek, ati, etc.) or going with a retrofit, personally.

Just curious, what is wrong with the Current bulbs?
