Over Skimming

Is over skimming bad?

I don't think its necasarily bad. I just don't see the point. Your skimmer will only poduce so much skimmate. I can see running it a little wet to force it out a little better. But over skimming will just skim out extra water IMO.

Some people say its not possible, some people say it is. You'll get mixed reviews on it. Are your phosphates and nitrates all at dead 0? And are your corals bleaching? If not, Id say youre fine.... Thats what I go by, at least.
