I've had mine for about 10 months now and he has been the fastest growing fish in my tank since I started it. I hear they get mean as they grow and was wondering if anyone has had one for a long period of time what they thought of it.
Mine is not terribly mean, but he does ferociously protect his lair. But for the most part, he gets along with everyone. He did however nip a few times at a colt coral that I just put into the tank, but his bordom with it overcame curiosity and he has accepted it.
