Supp dosing to the RO

Do you guys ever dose a chemical straight to your RO water before using it...say when you do a water change? I am wondering if my salt mix is low in MG, I seem to need it in the system after every water change. I use Instant Ocean.

When I do a water change I will put in extra Mg and kent marine coral builder to bring up the dkh. I used to use ro prep but it was to many neutrients and had algae problems. Now I add what I need to make it close to real sea water.
