Return Pump Size? Bulkhead size?

My hole size is 2 7/8" in for overflow drains. The 1 1/2" bulkheads require a 2 5/8" hole and the 2" bulheads require a 3 1/4" hole. So I am torn.... Also dont know what to get for a return pump. Was thinking of a Reeflo Snapper or another Dart. Can I handle this flow with these holes?

Might be worth trying a 2" Schedule 40 bulkhead
Says 3" hole but it might fit a 2 7/8"

The 1" bulkheads I drilled to their recommended sizes had a bit of play so the 2" might be the same way.

How many overflow holes do you have?

2 overflow holes and 2 for return and 2 for closed loop 6 holes total. Yeah I think I will try 2" bulkheads
