I have two holes for closed loop, so I am thinking thread/thread bulkhead would be best. Two holes for return so maybe thread/slip. And two holes for overflow so probably Thread/thread. Please correct me if I am wrong so I dont order the wrong stuff. Give me suggestions for anything better.

I can't recommend these Hayward Bulkheads highly enough.

I meant to ask do I get slip/slip, slip/thread, or thread/thread.....

That's all preference I think... If you want/need to unhook plumbing from the bulkhead, get threads. If you don't care or leave enough to cut the pipe, get slip. Either works for any application.

IMO definitely threaded.

I like thread/thread. If you need to break down your tank or change something , you can simply unscrew them. If they are glued together, your options are limited.
