Roger, I am having two issues with my Nano 6045 pump purchased from Salty Critter. I took it into them over the weekend and they instructed me to contact you on RC for help. First the impeller seems to be flopping around in the pump and makes a horrible noise. When I went to pull the pump out to take a look at it I noticed the second issue as the curved part which holds the pump to the magnet was cracked.
When I got the pump out and pulled the impeller out it looks like a little plastic disc has come off the end of the magnet. When I plug it in under water the impeller flops all around. Anyways, I was told you were the man who could help. The pump is not quite a year old. Thanks in advance.
