I just set up my 55g with a 20g sump Vertex In-80 skimmer I got a couple lighting questions first, my sump has a 30w light bulb that came with the 20g I have Caulerpa Algae in the fuge its an 18" T-8 bulb what type of light should I replace it with and second I have 2 MH 175w 10K its nice crisp white with a tint of blue, I need to know if I really have to but Actinic's or can I just keep the MH's alone its nice right now but I have about 140lb's of live rock and I plan on keeping hard corals if I do need them witch kind should I get? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Not to sound snooty but your post is just kinda hard to read without any punctuation. We can't tell when one sentence ends and the other begins.
Now to answer your question, with 2X175 MH, you don't need any supplemental actinic lighting. Actually, most people do not "need" it but add it for pleasing eye-effects.
Some corals will grow better under more blue light, but if you don't want to spend much more money on more light fixtures and bulbs, just replace your 10,000K bulbs with something more blue.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Iwasaki 175W 15,000K bulb. It's been tested to put out more useable photosynthetic radiation than nearly any other 175W bulb, and looks GREAT all by themselves.
Two of the 175W Iwasakis over a 55g and you should be able to grow most any coral/clam you want.
